What a delightful experience! I decided to stop by this shoe repair shop after seeing great reviews online, and I was not disappointed. I had a pair of heels that were in desperate need of new soles and a bit of polishing. After a long search for a reliable shoe repair shop, I finally found this place, and boy, was it worth the wait! They were very attentive and made suggestions that really showed their expertise. I opted for a full sole replacement, and they gave me a timeline of when I could expect to pick them up. The repair took a bit longer than I expected, but they kept me informed throughout the process, which I appreciated. When I returned, I was absolutely thrilled with the results.
